Refund Policy

Under the distance selling regulations act you have the right to cancel any item(s) purchased on this website for a refund. Refunds on personalized items may be offered at the discretion of the management. To cancel, you can ring, email or write to us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused in new condition. 

Items with manufacturing faults or damaged in transit should be returned to us and a refund or a replacement will be issued (depending on the customers preference), after inspecting the item and finding the fault. Please include a copy of the receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery of the fault.

For all returns you must take reasonable care of item(s) being returned and the item(s) must be secured and returned in it's original packageing with the securing tapes in place.

Please note these items are models not toys therfore require carefully handling by people of a suitable age. We cannot refund items that have been damaged by careless handling.
